Festive season Helpline opening hours
Our Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period. Please bear this in mind if you plan on contacting us.
This year's opening dates are:
- Tuesday 24 December - 8:00am - 12 noon
- Wednesday 25 December - Closed
- Thursday 26 December - Closed
- Friday 27 December - 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Monday 30 December - 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday 31 December - 8:00am - 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January - Closed
- Thursday 2 January - 8:00am - 5:30pm (back open as normal)

If you have any questions about your pension while the Helpline is closed, you can find lots of information across the website.
We are back to our normal opening hours - 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday - from Thursday 2 January 2025.
