Helpline festive opening times
Railpen, the administrator for the Amey OS Pension Scheme, would like to wish all our members and partners a wonderful Christmas and a very happy and peaceful New Year!
Please note, our Helpline will have slightly different opening hours over the festive period, as shown below.
- Friday 23rd December – open 8am – close 12 noon
- Saturday 24th December: closed
- Sunday 25th December: closed
- Monday 26th December: closed
- Tuesday 27th December: closed
- Wednesday 28th December: open 9am – close 5pm
- Thursday 29th December: open 9am – close 5pm
- Friday 30th December: open 9am – close 5pm
- Saturday 31st December: closed
- Sunday 1st January: closed
- Monday 2nd January: closed
- Tuesday 3rd January: open 9am – close 5pm
We are back to our normal opening hours 9am – 5pm Mondays to Fridays after 2nd January 2023.
