The Trustee has been working closely with their advisers and the company in respect of the proposed sale of Amey and continue to hold regular calls with the company.  

At this stage there is nothing further that we can add other than what can be found in the newsletter (which can be located in the drop down that is relevant to you (Amey, Accord or APS) but once further information is known we will update this page. 

Please note that Amey remains responsible for funding the pension scheme and this would be the case should they be owned by Ferrovial or another party.
